Born and raised in South Louisiana, Chuck Delacerda always knew the value of a higher education. He went onto earning his degree in Aerospace Engineering from Mississippi State University. Working as a Design Engineer and eventually a Project Manager for General Dynamics, Cessna, and finally Boeing, Chuck was able to gain the experience required to take a concept from the planning and design stage through the manufacturing and installation process, and eventually see it fly. Chuck’s final stint with Boeing allowed him to live and experience the Great Northwest and all it has to offer. After 11 years in the aerospace industry, Chuck decided to settle in Seattle and try his hand at something completely different: owning his own business. For the next 12 years, Chuck successfully owned and operated restaurants and bars throughout the Puget Sound area. Solving problems on the fly, dealing with employees and customer service became the norm during this period and was the key to his success in growing his businesses – eventually selling them. But his roots in engineering never died, and after he sold his last restaurant, he ventured back with Nationwide Gutter Seattle. The Nationwide Gutter Seattle location is growing at a rapid pace and everything passes thru Chuck’s desk. From negotiating contracts to scheduling crews, Chuck treats every installation as though he were doing it himself. Understanding the value of customer service, his one-on-one interaction and commitment to quality and excellence is second to none.
His interests include working out, golf and his three boys.
